Smartphone Stand & Bracelet: How-To's
Smartphone Bracelet Installation
Soon after falling madly in love, I found myself in a long distance relationship. I designed this bracelet because I was doing a lot of FaceTime and it was awkward. I would lean the phone against a glass or something, and it would keep falling over. I wanted a portable solution that would hold my phone for me so I could relax and connect with friends far away. I hope it helps you stay connected!
Here are some tips to get the most out of your bracelet.
-
Wear It Like This - There are two cutouts where the phone slides in. Those should be pointed away from your hand with the button pointed up. It'll just wear better over time and the button won't be underneath your wrist, causing problems.
-
Keep the Button Forward - When you're using it as a stand, the button should be facing you. If it's pointing away from your, it won't work as well.
- Don't Wear It In The Shower - The vegetable tanned leather is very resilient. You can get it wet for sure, but try and avoid it. It'll just shorten its life span a little each time. Oh, and salt water is specifically bad on leather. But if you're heading down for some skinny dipping in the lake, don't worry about it.
Which remote friend are you going to have lunch with this week?
Set it up!
