We ship twice a week Mondays and Thursdays. Depending on your location, orders will arrive almost anywhere in the world within 4 -10 business days. 

(Germany & Italy can take up to a month or more.) Keep in mind that around the holidays shipping times are a little unpredictable.

We would gladly replace any product that is defective or damaged.
